Andy Murray Chapo was a great person! June 12, 2014
I met Chapo when I was about 5 or 6 years old. He became my cousin when my Mom married his Uncle. We were the same age so we hung out a lot when our families were together. We always looked forward to Julio bringing Chapo and Chino over because they were closer to our age and always full of jokes. Julio had these boys around most of the time when I knew them because they were the youngest. I remember always seeing what a good relationship the 3 of them had. Chapo and Chino were always joking around with their Dad. It was a really cool thing to watch. I also remember playing at the lemonera, at the little park or down in the ravine. We always had a lot of fun. Chapo always made us feel comfortable, as soon as we showed up he would tell all the kids we were his cousins and that was all it took, we were in. Everyone accepted what he said. He always had the ability to get people to follow him. He was so well liked and always in such a good mood. I think people would just feel bad about upsetting him. As we grew older and saw each other less and less his personality didn't change. No matter how much time passed Chapo would always be glad to see you. Always with a friendly welcoming greeting. He just made you feel welcome and comfortable. I'm sure Chapo did a lot of good with his time as the youth pastor He understood people. I don't think he ever cared what color you were or if you were rich or poor. He wasn't materialistic, he had the same smile for everyone. That's what I remember most about my cousin, No matter what's
going on, just keep on smiling. You are missed Brother, thank you for the time we got with you and keep smiling down on us :) Condolences to the Hinjosa family.

I shared alot of weekends with Chapo and Lauren while Chino and I were together. We went alot of places like San Diego, Palm Desert, Disneyland, The Beach, Church, different restraunts and also hung out and BBQ and went swimming at their apartment from time to time. I really had a great time with all of them and no matter what happened Chapo always had a smile on his face, he would try to make everything flow just right and if one of us was moody he would try to cheer us up. Those were some good times, But the memories that stick in my mind the most were the one's of him being a wonderful uncle to my daughter Bella. He would just pick her up and carry her around he would just smile at her and tell her how pretty she was.  Bella would just stay still and stare at him. Bella was blessed to have taken some picutres with Chapo.. He took some pictures with her at the ranch on a horse, and at Lana's Chuckie E Cheese party. Chapo also  joined us for Bella 1st B-day party along with Lauren, Lana and Grandpa & Grandma Hinojosa. To me that showed that he really did care to be in Bella's life and I wanted her to be able to look up to him as a male role model in her life. But things changed as we all know. Chapo had to be with the Lord. he was needed for another mission. I'm very grateful that he was able to be here to share his life and create memories with all of us. I Thank You Chapo for being a friend to me and a Wonderful Uncle to Bella.

Forever in our hearts. Love Michelle & Isabella

There are so many memories to share. We shared so many great moments together. The best day of my life was the day we got married, and we went to San Francisco for our honeymoon. A year later we went to Hawaii, we had so much fun! We went to a luau and they called 3 men up on stage to do the hula contest...well Chapo was one of those men and it was so hilarious! of course he one cause he did the best hula! the next year that we went back he won the contest again...that's why we call him Mr. Hula! he was always making people laugh and smile...the youth group guys still laugh about how he would tell everyone to pull his finger. So many wonderful memories..i'm so glad I got to be a part of them!
